The SNCF Réseau map updated on 18 June 2026 schedules preparatory works at Nice-Aéroport from September 2026 to the end of March 2028, with €9.7 million allocated. This is item 7; figures for neighbouring rail projects must not be attached to it.
The wider station project was officially launched on 19 June 2025. That launch does not establish when this particular September package began. The sources reviewed do not separately confirm its actual start. Nor is the end of preparatory works the opening date of the complete future station.

Ask the syndic, the co-ownership manager, for recent notices about works and access restrictions. Walk the route on a weekday morning and evening. Allow for temporary diversions when deciding whether the address suits daily commuting.
