Facilities already operating
Cannes’ municipal page confirms that the 914 m² covered La Bocca market has welcomed traders since 11 September 2026. The post office has operated in the building since August, and the 374-space Roubaud car park is listed as open.
Phase two of Bocca Centre remains under way, with completion scheduled for spring 2027. The market opening is not delivery of the entire scheme. Check separate dates for other services, landscaping and road works.
Visit during normal activity
For an apartment near place Roubaud, return during market trading, later in the day and in the evening. Walk from the entrance to shops, transport and parking. Examine crossings, pavements and temporary barriers.
Check bedroom and terrace orientation. Deliveries, cleaning and visitors may be heard differently depending on the façade, floor and glazing. The opening alone cannot classify a whole neighbourhood as quiet or noisy.
Public parking and a private space
A public car park may be useful, but its spaces do not automatically form part of the property sold. Check current subscription terms, availability and the walk to the building. For a private garage or bay, verify the title and access during remaining works.
Building-level checks
- Recent syndic notices about construction and access restrictions.
- Meeting minutes covering façades, entrances and common areas.
- Delivery and taxi access outside the entrance.
- Door-to-door journeys to everyday services at the times you need them.
